Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using FishBajt, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
The Service
FishBajt is a community app for anglers: logging catches, discovering fishing stores and guides nearby, checking fishing conditions, and connecting with other members. Some content (conditions, bite-likelihood suggestions) is informational and not a guarantee of results.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Writing a store review doesn't require a full account — FishBajt identifies your device for the purpose of limiting reviews to one per device per store. You can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time from Profile → Account.
Your Content
You keep ownership of the catches, photos, reviews, and store listings you post. By posting content, you give FishBajt the right to display it within the app to the audience you chose (private to you, or shared with other anglers). Don't post anything you don't have the rights to, and don't post abusive, fraudulent, or misleading content — reviews can be reported, and fraudulent or abusive content may be removed.
Store Owner Subscriptions
Store owners may subscribe to an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks promotions/events, a live promo message, a larger photo gallery, and inclusion in nearby-angler driving alerts. Subscriptions are purchased on fishbajt.com via Card, Klarna, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, renew automatically unless canceled, and can be managed or canceled anytime from fishbajt.com or by contacting support. We don't see or store your payment details — that's handled by Stripe.
Prohibited Conduct
Don't use FishBajt to harass others, post false information about a location or store, attempt to access another user's account, or interfere with the app's normal operation.
Termination
We may suspend or remove accounts, listings, or content that violate these terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
Disclaimer
FishBajt is provided "as is." Conditions, bite-likelihood, and technique suggestions are based on available weather/location data and are not guaranteed to be accurate. Always follow local fishing regulations and use your own judgment regarding safety on the water.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, FishBajt isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
